media guys, Ian Mendes. This guy usually places a nice bit of
observant, self-deprecating humor in his writing. So, instead of the
usual, cliche commentary about the Senators, he's actually fun to
read.
This post had nothing to do with hockey and everything to do with the
gym. I loved it. I have my own list of gym stereotypes, but simply
agree with his last category. Put me in there too.
