Poo went over his early morning caffeine intake. I was impressed. I am more of a sustained release kind of guy.
Early AM - travel mug of coffee from the house.
Arrive @ work - Small (8oz) vending machine coffee
10:00 AM - Another small coffee
Lunch - Minimum 3 refills of diet soda.
3:00 - vendo diet soda 16 oz. bottle. If tired, diet monster instead.
Dinner - Generally diet soda (can).
Evening - Another diet soda watching TV or playing Wii. If on the computer late at night, another diet soda.
