I would like to say that Brodeur got out-played by the Razor. That's not really the case, even though Emery got the shutout. Ray looked a little awkward and was fighting the puck early. He settled in fine, but Brodeur got the bulk of the work and scoring chances. About the 'controversial' interference with Fisher; it seemed to be a bit of gamesmanship by both players. Fisher was trying to get a little touch on Brodeur & in turn Marty was trying to sell an interference call. The refs didn't buy it. The scoreless 2 periods is more along the lines of what I was expecting. Senators generating an attack down low and Devils mostly counter-punching with turnovers.
Wings came out strong. Fish finished stronger. A fun game to watch. I think Homer is back for game #4.
