So I've heard rumors that the Aug 1 Affliction showdown between Fedor and Barnett may be off. Something about the Calif. Athletic Commission not certifying the fight because of Barnett's drug test. Hmmmm. Maybe another positive for steroids? Not good. I'm glad I didn't get tickets for that one even though it is at Honda Center.
The story further goes to say that Vitor Belfort will take Barnett's place. C'mon. Belfort is hardly a heavyweight. I mean the guy is talented and all, but the weight difference alone makes it a miss match. All I can say is that I hope these rumors aren't true.
